2015 Sec 1 Orientation Muster Parade

Please be informed that the Sec One Orientation Muster Parade will be held on 10 Jan 2015. The rehearsal dates for the Muster Parade will be on 6, 7 and 9 Jan at 4 pm. More details will be released once they have been firmed up.

All Sec 2 cadets are reminded to attend the Unarmed Tactics course tomorrow at HTA from 9 am to 5 pm. Please have your breakfast before reporting to school by 8.20 am. Attire is PT kit.

CCKSS NPCC Annual Camp 2014

Please be reminded that the CCKSS NPCC Annual Camp 2014 will be held from this Fri (7 Nov) 6 pm to Sun (9 Nov) 12.30 pm. There will be a BBQ session on Sat (8 Nov). Please refer to the campkit list as you prepare for the camp.

Promotion Test

Please be reminded that the LCP and CPL Promotion Test will be held tomorrow from 2 - 5 pm. Attendance is compulsory. Attire is Full NPCC Uniform.

ATC/STC 2014

Please be informed that the ATC/STC this year will be on 24 - 26 Oct. Please complete the consent and indemnity forms and submit to any Teacher Officers by 24 Oct.

Postponement of Unarmed Tactics Course

This is to inform all Sec 2 cadets that the Unarmed Tactics Course will be postponed to 29 November (Sat) in view of the upcoming End-of-Year Exam.

Unarmed Tactics Training

All Sec 2 cadets are to note that the Unarmed Tactics Training will be on 20 Sep (Sat) from 9 am to 5 pm. The venue is Home Team Academy Dojo. Those with major health issues or injuries are not allowed to attend the course. Attire is PT kit (covered shoes) without any watches or body accessories. Ensure that you have eaten breakfast before the course. Lunch will be provided in HTA.

Passing-out Parade 2014

The 2014 Passing-out Parade for the Sec 4 & 5 cadets will be held on 16 Apr (Wed). The POP is held annually in CCKSS to signify the end of our graduating cadets' time in NPCC and to honour their contributions and achievements in NPCC.

There will be a last round of rehearsal on 16 Apr at 2.30 pm for all cadets involved in the POP. Please be reminded to have your lunch and drink lots of water before coming for the rehearsal. The POP will commence at 4 pm. Let's put up a good show for our graduating cadets!

2014 March Holiday Break

Dear cadets, there will be no parades during the March holiday except for those cadets involved in the NPAP rehearsals. Please have a restful break.

2014 Sec 3 Classification Shoot

This is to remind all Sec 3 cadets that the Sec 3 Classification Shoot is on 11 Mar (Tue). Please do not miss the shoot as this classification shoot is a test for Marksmanship. Attire is Full NPCC Uniform.

Sec Three Junior NCO Camp & Sec One Orientation Camp

All Sec Three cadets are reminded to report to school by 5 pm today for the JNCO Camp. Attendance is compulsory unless a medical certificate is produced to prove that you are unwell. Other reasons will only be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Absentees will not be promoted to NCO.

All Sec One and Two cadets are reminded to report to school by 8 am tomorrow for the Sec One Orientation Camp. Please refer to the Campkit list for the list of things that you are required to bring for the camp. The camp will end on Sunday (9/3) by 12 pm.

2014 Sports Day Crowd Control Duty

All cadets involved in the Crowd Control Duty during Sports Day on this Fri (7/3) are requested to report to school on Fri by 6.15 am for the bus transport to Choa Chu Kang Stadium. Attire is Full NPCC Uniform.

CCK NPC COPS Rollout

This is a gentle reminder that the Choa Chu Kang Neighbourhood Police Centre COPS Rollout is on this Sun (23/2). Those cadets helping out during the event are to report directly to the Hard Court opposite Lot 1 Shopping Mall by 8.50 am and report to Sgt Daryl Ng & Sgt Damien Lau. They will brief you on what to do on that day. The event is expected to end at about 1 pm. Attire is Full NPCC Uniform.

2014 NPCC Inter-unit Campcraft Competition

The results of the 2014 NPCC Inter-unit Campcraft Competition has been released. CCKSS NPCC Campcraft Competition Teams came in 112 out of 155 teams for the Boys' category and 68 out of 128 teams for the Girls' Category. A big thank you to all the cadets involved in the Campcraft Competition for the hard effort and dedication during the the course of the entire competition!

Results of Unit Overall Proficiency Award (UOPA) 2013

The NPCC Unit Overall Proficiency Award (UOPA) is conferred annually by NPCC. It is awarded by assessing the overall performance of NPCC school units in an academic year. All NPCC Units are encouraged to participate in the assessment process.

 In the assessment year 2013, a total of 55 units are awarded the Gold Award, with 49 units awarded the Silver Award and 40 units awarded the Bronze Award while 8 units are unplaced.

CCKSS NPCC is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Silver Award in 2013 for 4 consecutive years. Congratulations to all our cadets, Cadet Inspectors and Teacher Officers for their effort and contributions in this achievement!

COMMUNITY POLICING SYSTEM (COPS) ROLLOUT FOR CHOA CHU KANG NPC

Choa Chu Kang Neighbourhood Police Centre will officially roll out the new Community Policing System (COPS). COPS is a nation-wide transformation of frontline policing strategies which aims to improve the way in which the current neighbourhood Police Centres (NPCs) works in, with and through the community.

This event will be held on 23 Feb (Sun) from 10 am to 12 pm. The venue is at the Hard Court opposite Lot One Shopping Mall, next to Blk 340, Choa Chu Kang Loop. All cadets going for this event are to report to the venue directly at 9.50 am in Full NPCC Uniform. 

2014 NPCC Inter-unit Campcraft Competition

Please note that our unit will be having our 2014 Inter-unit Campcraft Competition Preliminary Round on 25 Jan (Sat) at 8 am at Home Team Academy. All participants need to report to school in PT kit by 7 am. Cadets are welcome to support the Boys' team on that day.

2014 Sec One Orientation Parade

Please be reminded that the Sec One Orientation Parade will start at 8 am tomorrow. All parade participants are required to report to school by 6.45 am. All contingents must form up and be ready to march in by 7.45 am.
