Sentosa Outreach

CCKSS NPCC participated in the Sentosa Outreach Programme on 22 Nov. The cadets had an fruitful and enriching time interacting and spreading crime prevention messages to the public.

1-Star Kayaking

The Sec 1 cadets completed the 1-Star Kayaking course at Sembawang Water Venture on 11 Nov. They enjoyed learning the skill of handling a kayak in the open waters in a safe and enjoyable way.

National Day Commemoration Parade 2018

Chua Chu Kang Secondary School commemorated our nation's 53rd birthday today. Despite the wet parade square due to the rain, our cadets put up a great performance to showcase the hard work and effort they had put in in front of the whole school. Well-done, CCKSS NPCC!

CCKSS NPCC concluded our Area 20 STC/ATC on 4 Aug. Similar to the camps in the previous years, the cadets had an enjoyable time and great experience during the camp.

CCK NPC Visit

The Sec 2 cadets visited the CCK NPC on 19 July (Thu). The cadets had an enriching time learning from the police officers at the NPC before going into the Teck Whye neighbourhood to spread crime prevention messages to the residents.

PA Arts Festival

Cadets going for the PA Arts Festival are to meet at CCK Community Centre tomorrow at 8 am. Breakfast will be provided.

National Day Parade Rehearsals

Cadets involved in the school National Day Muster Parade are to note that the dates of rehearsals are:

13 July - Coordinating Meeting (2.30-3.30pm @ Conference Room)

27 July - 1st Combined Rehearsal (Half CCA Uniform)

1 August - 2nd Combined Rehearsal (Full Dress)

6 August - 3rd Combined Rehearsal  (Half School Uniform)

8 August - Actual Event

Police Day Parade

The rehearsal dates for the Police Day Parade are:

1) 21 May (Mon)

2) 23 May (Wed)

3) 25 May (Fri)

Cadets involved will leave class at 12.30 pm for lunch before proceeding to the Home Team Academy for the rehearsals.

Sec 3 Classification Shoot

All Sec 3 cadets, please note that the Sec 3 Dry Practice and Classification Shoot has been postponed to 23 and 24 April respectively due to your Outward Bound School Camp next week.

2018 Inter-unit Campcraft Competition Results

The results for the 2018 NPCC Inter-unit Campcraft Competition are out and CCKSS NPCC has achieved 82th position for the Boys Category and 52nd position for the Girls Category! Well done and congratulations to all the participating cadets!

All Sec 2 cadets are reminded to attend the Sec 2 Unarmed Tactics Course @ HTA tomorrow (9/1). Transport will be provided. Attire is PT kit.
